• First Impression: I don’t really like having to sit still while Mom and Dad put the Advantix on me, but it really helps with the scratching. Dad thinks is a little messy to apply, but it works great. I’ve never had fleas (since I was rescued). Since I have such dense course hair, Dad parts a section of my hair, then Mom squeezes the Advantix on. It didn’t work very well when Dad had to do it by himself. Advantix kills 98-100% of fleas on dogs within 12 hours and continues protecting for at least 4 weeks. Advantix also repels and kills a majority of ticks and mosquitoes! Advantix is highly recommended for active dogs who get out and live life!
• Conclusion: Overall Dad says it’s worth the money! If you purchase Advantix in 6 month blocks, you can save quite a bit. Besides how can you put a price on a happy puppy? The reason it’s not “4 Paws” is because of the application hassle.
